Este curso destina-se a dois grupos-alvo: a colaboradores do comércio a retalho com o objetivo de melhorar as suas principais competências; bem como a todos os que pretendam iniciar uma carreira em empresas deste sector. No caso de pertencer ao segundo grupo-alvo, o curso dar-lhe-á uma boa compreensão sobre as mais importantes componentes do comércio a retalho.
